FOR GROUPS OVER 13 PEOPLE
The US Coast Guard regulations require all "bare boat" charters operate with a maximum of 13 passengers (including 1 charterer), plus captain and crew. Groups larger than 13 will need either a "inspected" commercial vessel or multiple boats and we offer several options for these situations. Our "inspected" vessel is "Jubilance" with a passenger capacity of 49 plus crew. We can also accommodate groups up to 30 with a smaller boat "tie-ups" - see our options below.
